The initial single CD album is a regular U.S. release.
The 2008 set (called "The Soundtrack Collection") was a regular
commercial product with a retail price of $60 but initally sold for $43
to $45 at primarily major online outlets. Since selling out, it has
commanded prices over $200 on the secondary market. A 2023 set released
by Pantheon and Universal in France and called "The Legend of John
Williams" included only select tracks from this presentation,
eventually selling for $110. The 2024 Disney set ("The Complete
Collection") was initially available only through the Disney Music
Emporium for an extremely overpriced $150.
