The 1995 Label X album from Germany is commonly considered
a bootleg. The 2013 Quartet Records album was limited to 1,500 copies
and sold out within two months. That label's 2023 expansion is limited
to 2,500 copies and available for $28 through soundtrack specialty
outlets.
