A limited Varèse Sarabande CD Club release of only 3,000
unnumbered copies. This album was the first of three to begin a resurrection
of an earlier CD Club that existed in the late 80's and early 90's. Its
initial cost was $15, but it, unlike the other two concurrent Club releases,
