I think that Schindler's list may be underated in a sense that not many people have seen the movie. I also agree that most people would remember the Jurassic Park music over the Schindler's List music, but I don't think that Schindler's List is his most underated work. I mean Schindler's List won best score of the year in '93 (well deserved too!), but there was another film that Mr. Williams scored in '93! It is called Far and Away. Great music to a not so big movie. Far and Away was lost in the shadows, because his other 2 scores in 1993 were for Big Hit movies - Schindler's List and Jurassic Park. So you see his score for Far and Away was sort of lost, and not many people have even heard of the movie. So I'd say that Far and Away is by far John Williams most underated score.
