Yep, this CD's full of movie score cliches, but aren't they what we love about film scores? The cliches on this score are exactly the ones we crave for in a soundtrack and hunger for more of.

The opening 3 tracks are perfectly delicious (even despite the quite obvious rip of David Arnold's Independence Day music - but there is a rip of every style in this score!). Track 8 is a joy to listen to, and the final tracks with the heroic themes (Revolting Chickens and all that) have got the most playings.

This CD is amongst my most played ones, and that's saying a lot since I have only had it a few weeks. It definitely deserves 5 stars for being exactly what you want to listen to. Yes, the cues come thick and fast, but if you don't like cues, why buy soundtracks?
