Danny Elfman's music for scenes when the Hulk busts through his clothing... naked?

What is the music like when the Hulk rips his clothing as he gets bigger? Does Danny Elfman do a ripping guitar theme or something? I'm looking forward to those scenes the most.
Another question I have is about the Hulk's body. Why is it that the Hulk,
when he rips through his clothes, always has a piece of clothing around his
still tiny waist. Shouldn't every part of the Hulk get huge when he is angry?
That would be logical. But then he would be completely naked. No problem
there. He would have a huge, green penis, and people in San Francisco are
probably used to seeing that sort of thing. If they wanted to make it
realistic, the Hulk would be running through the city with a enormous green
cock swinging around while he uses his other limbs to destroy and maim.
