The 1997 Varèse Sarabande album with The
Mephisto Waltz was a regular U.S. release. The expanded 2024 album
from that label was limited to 2,000 copies and available only through
soundtrack specialty outlets for an initial price of $20. It sold out
quickly but was also released digitally for $15.
