Hey, thanks so much for that very thorough and helpful information. Wow, they really did mix that score up a lot. I had thought that they would possibly put tracks from the first film at the beginning (perhaps the 25-30 minutes that were on the bootlegged versions), and then fill the rest with stuff from the ring two. But wow, they did quite a splice and edit job. Pretty disappointing, I had wanted to hear the first Ring score in full. Also interesting that Hans Zimmer was never attached to this film, he was listed as the composer on IMDB for a long time. In other Zimmer news, it seems he's dropped off of Terence Malick's "The New World", and been replaced with James Horner. Zimmer also replaced Horner on "The Last Samurai". Interesting the directors would make those switches with composers who seem to have very little in common. Zimmer has also signed on to score the next two Pirates of the Caribbean films, though I have a feeling that's going to be a Media Ventures community project. Oka, anyway, I'll shut up now. Thanks for the info once again.
