The 1985 album was a regular commercial product that is long out of print.
The 2006 album was limited to 2,000 copies as part of the Varèse Sarabande CD
Club and sold out quickly. Both could be found in the late 2000's for about $40 on the
secondary market. Their value diminished in late 2013 when Varese re-issued another
2,000 copies of contents identical to the 2006 album and sold them for $18.
