Gladiator and Hannibal were performed by the famed Air Lyndhurst Orchestra, which is the symphony orchestra bond with Air-Edel Studios. But, the Hollywood orchestra they tend to use is The Hollywood Studio Symphony, which in fact is a bunch of session players and the deal with them demands the orchestra players to be listed. Still, Zimmer tends to record in London.
