Yes, most of "The Torus" did not make the final cut and I believe there was also music meant for the car chase, the statement of the plot theme just before the main titles in "The A400" is dialed out and the rest of the end title suite in "Finale and Curtain Call" is tracked over with other music, also "Good Evening, Mr. Hunt," "Escape to Danger" and the beginning of "Havana to Vienna" are different versions heard in the film.
