Not really, it was obscure for a reason and barely got a release in the US. Not to mention some questionable casting choices. Yes, we've already seen Antonio Banderas plan someone from the Middle East in 13th Warrior, but it still doesn't mean it was the right choice here. Same goes for Mark Strong, an even more baffling choice.
